Day 1 Preparation

This appointment is scheduled for a one-hour time frame to allow for a thorough evaluation. Please come dressed in comfortable, athletic attire to ensure an accurate assessment.

To avoid interference during your evaluation, please avoid wearing:

  • Clothing with metal or plastic, such as zippers on pants.

  • Bras with adjustable plastic components (ladies, opt for a simple, non-adjustable style).

  • Jewelry—please remove all accessories before your visit.

Following these guidelines will help us provide the most precise and effective evaluation.

 
 

Day 1 continued.

During your first visit, you’ll tour our beautiful space and get a preview of the treatment areas if accepted for care. At The Posture Lounge, we take an individualized approach to your health, creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive orthopedic and neurological exam, along with any necessary diagnostic X-rays. We typically do not adjust on the first visit, as we take the time to thoroughly review your findings and craft the best care plan for you.

 
 

Day 2: Your Report of Findings

This appointment is scheduled for one hour and is an important step in your journey to corrective care. We encourage you to bring your spouse or partner so you can review your findings together.

During this visit, we will discuss:

  • Your health score and X-ray findings

  • The details of your personalized care plan, including finances and scheduling

If accepted for care, you’ll have the opportunity to begin treatment on this day. We look forward to guiding you toward better posture and optimal health!

    To ensure we can assist you effectively, please bring all necessary insurance information to your first visit. As a courtesy, we’re happy to verify your benefits to provide an estimate of your potential reimbursement and coverage.

    If you are seeking care for a personal injury case, such as a car accident, please inform our staff in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

    For transparency, please note:

    • We do not accept Workers’ Compensation Claims

    • We are a non-participating provider for Medicare
